With a long history in administration and management, Nesa brings important skills and experience to Finish Builders. Nesa helps keep projects on track and on schedule by coordinating estimates, communicating with clients, ordering materials, and a host of other essential details. And a thorough knowledge of specifications and available materials enables Nesa to do the leg work on time-consuming activities such as light or plumbing fixture selection. She presents clients with available options for everything from mouldings to outlet plates, and then makes sure those materials are available at the appropriate job stage. Nesa combines this knowledge of details with an understanding of the larger picture. She serves on the San Clemente Planning Commission and represents the commission on the Coastal Advisory Board. She also takes an active interest in architecture, attending numerous workshops and tours on local architectural trends and the area's architectural heritage. Her perspective combines with Russ' experience to help our clients' jobs meet all city, historical, and Coastal Commission requirements, speeding and streamlining their completion. Like Russ, Nesa is a long time resident of San Clemente and is active in many civic and community organizations. She's a past board member of both the San Clemente Sunrise Rotary Club and San Clemente Sister City organization, and served as Moderator of the Board of Deacons at the San Clemente Presbyterian Church. Nesa has also dedicated her time to the homeless and needy, both here and abroad. Like Russ, she's been involved in the Corazon organization, building homes and teaching job skills in poor communities in Mexico. She's also worked with rural people in the Philippines, donating a summer of her time. And through her Rotary Club, she supports the Family Assistance Ministry, a local organization that provides food and other services to the homeless and needy. Nesa is a self-starter who sees an need and fills it. On the job, or in the community. To learn more about Russ Anderson, click here. |
